Tasty Tuesday - Sober October Challenge
Today we are talking about Sober October! October is the perfect month to start taking more active steps to improve your health in the last few months of the year. During the summer months, it’s almost habitual to have a couple drinks with your meal. The intention of Sober October is to commit to 31 days of mindfulness, exercise, and reset your perspective towards alcohol and health. Taking the time to dedicate more of your energy into healthy habits, gives this month better structure and purpose - and it prepares us for the holiday season!
